DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the onion, beef and spices for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is no longer pink.
- Stir in the eggs and continue to cook until firm. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
- Make a taco by spooning a few tablespoons of the meat and egg mixture into a slice of turkey and fold up.
