INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 oz Swiss Cheese
  • 3 oz Turkey Light Meat (Cooked, Roasted)
  • 3 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus

DIRECTIONS

  1. Layer one slices of Swiss cheese over two slices of turkey.
  2. Place both pieces of an asparagus spear at one end and roll up. Secure with a toothpick if desired.
  3. Repeat twice for 3 roll-ups.
