×INGREDIENTS
-
2 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries
-
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
-
1 1/2 tablespoon truvia
-
1 fl oz (no ice) Tequila
-
3 ice cube (3/4 fl oz) Water
-
2 fl oz Club Soda
DIRECTIONS
This recipe also makes a great nonalcholic strawberry lemon or lime-aide. Replace the tequila with 4oz of soda water and serve over ice. Either fresh lime or lemon juice work great. The recommended sweetener is Truvia (if using sucralose use 4 tsp and add 2g NC).- Combine the strawberries, lime juice, granular sugar substitute and tequila in a blender. Pulse 1-2 times to thoroughly puree the strawberries.
- Pour over ice cubes and add club soda, mix with a spoon.
