16 oz Tomato Juice (with Salt Added, Canned)

6 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

1 tbsp Reserva Sherry Vinegar

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Lemon Peel

0 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

0 1/2 tsp Celery Salt

4 fl oz (no ice) Vodka
-
0 19/24 10 small Green Olives

2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the tomato juice, Sriracha, sherry vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon zest, black pepper and celery salt in a glass container. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate and allow flavors to marry for at least 4 hours.
- Just before serving add several ice cubes into each of 4 tall glasses. Add the vodka to the tomato juice and blend thoroughly with a spoon. Optional: before adding ice to glasses dip top rim into a shallow dish of water and then dip into a shallow dish with black pepper (and additional salt if desired).
- Pour into glasses and garnish each with a half stalk of celery and 2 olives.
