4 large Scallions or Spring Onions

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Green Sweet Pepper

2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

1 tsp Garlic

1 cup Stewed Tomatoes, canned

1 14.5 oz can Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme

1 cup Tap Water

1 10 oz frozen package yields Cooked Okra (from Frozen)

0 1/2 tsp, ground Oregano

0 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1 lb Atlantic Cod

DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Dice the green onions, pepper and celery; cook for 10 minutes, until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute more.
- Add tomatoes, broth, water, okra, oregano and red-pepper flakes. Cook on low 5 minutes for flavors to blend.
- Add fish and shrimp to saucepan; cook 3 to 4 minutes, until seafood is opaque and just cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with hot pepper sauce on the side.
