DIRECTIONS
- Dice the tomatoes, slice the onion, zest the lemon then add all along with oil, salt and pepper to a bowl. Toss to combine and let sit at room temperature at least 30 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with tomato mixture.
- Sprinkle with feta. Serve hot or at room temperature.
