DIRECTIONS
This recipe can be made nonalcoholic by leaving the rum out. For rum flavor 1/2 tsp rum extract may be added. For the best taste use Truvia as the sweetener.- In a large glass using a cocktail muddle with a long handle and flat rough surface, crush the mint leaves, lime juice, and granular sugar substitute (if using sucralose use 4 tsp and add 2g NC to the total).
- Add the rum and soda water. Mix to combine and pour over ice.
