INGREDIENTS

  • 8 serving (114g) Mashed Potato made with Water (from Dry)
  • 1 14.5 oz can Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme
  • 1 tsp Thick-It-Up
  • 4 fl oz Sauvignon Blanc Wine

DIRECTIONS

Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions.  Each serving is about 1/2 cup prepared potatoes with 2-3 tablespoons of gravy.
 
  1. Make Gravy:  In a small bowl, combine broth and Thick-It-Up. Heat wine in a small saucepan over high heat; cook until reduced by one-third, about 1 minute.  
  2. Whisk broth mixture into wine; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.  Serve with Instant Mashers.
