2 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil

1 lb Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned)

6 each Frankfurter or Hot Dog

3 5/8 cup Beef Broth, Bouillon or Consomme

1 3/4 cup Tap Water

2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard

1 tbsp Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

0 29/48 each Bay Leaf

0 1/2 small Onions

0 1/8 tsp Salt

0 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a medium soup pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in sauerkraut, hot dogs, broth, water, mustard, sugar substitute and bay leaf.
- Simmer 5 minutes for flavors to blend. Remove bay leaf. Add salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
