1 1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9-inch by 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray it with oil spray.
- In a blender, blend together the chiles, eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheese until smooth. Poor in prepared pan and bake covered for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top, allow to melt and cool slightly then serve.
