1 cookie Atkins Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
DIRECTIONS
- Chill the almond milk, peanut butter and avocado in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a blender, combine almond milk, avocado, protein powder, and peanut butter until well combined and creamy. Pour equal amounts (about 1 cup) into two glasses.
- Cut the cookie in half, and then chop (or crumble) each half, adding ½ cookie to each glass of milkshake. Serve chilled. One glass (with half the shake and half the cookie) is one serving.
