DIRECTIONS
- Add the hazelnuts to a blender and pulse a few times to grind (you may need to chop them before adding them to your blender). Add about a third of the Atkins shake and continue to blend until it is smooth.
- Add the remaining shake and vanilla blending until frothy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie blend with 1/2 cup ice.
