INGREDIENTS

  • 14 nuts Hazelnuts
  • 1 each Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake
  • 0 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the hazelnuts to a blender and pulse a few times to grind (you may need to chop them before adding them to your blender).  Add about a third of the Atkins shake and continue to blend until it is smooth. 
  2. Add the remaining shake and vanilla blending until frothy.  If you prefer a thicker smoothie blend with 1/2 cup ice.
Note:  If you have hazelnut extract, add 1/4 tsp to highlight more of the hazelnut flavor.  Or 1 tbsp of sugar free hazelnut syrup can be added instead.
