INGREDIENTS

  • 0 3/8 Atkins Flour Mix
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tsp Yellow Mustard Seed
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 32 oz, with bone, raw (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Wing

DIRECTIONS

Use the Atkins recipe to make Atkins Flour Mix for this recipe.  You will need half of 1/3 cup (about 3 Tbsp) = half of a serving.
  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil, and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine chili powder, 2 Tbsp flour mix, cayenne, mustard and salt in a large resealable bag. Add half of the wingettes, and shake to coat. Transfer to pan, and repeat with remaining wingettes.
  3. Bake, turning occasionally, until crisp, browned and cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes. Transfer to a platter, and serve.
