×INGREDIENTS
-
0 1/2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (Peeled)
-
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
-
1 oz Blueberries
-
0 1/2 tsp Sweetener
-
1 tsp Rosemary
-
4 ice cube Tap Water
-
1 fl oz (no ice) Gin
-
3 oz Club Soda
DIRECTIONS
This recipe was tested with Truvia brand sweetener; sucralose may also be used. This recipe may be made nonalcoholic by replacing the gin with 1 additional ounce of club soda.- Peel, remove seeds and coarsely chop the cucumber. Measure out 1/2 cup and place into a blender.
- Add the lemon juice, blueberries and granular sugar substitute - Truvia® is recommended (if using sucralose use 4 tsp and add 2g NC to the total). Blend on high until thoroughly blended.
- Add the rosemary and pulse 1-2 times just to chop up the rosemary to release it's flavor. Strain with a fine mesh strainer and press on the pulp to release all the liquid into a glass. Discard the pulp.
- Add ice to the glass then the gin and club soda. Stir to combine.
