-
2 1/4 cup Blackberries
-
1 tsp Orange Zest
-
1 cup Buttermilk (Reduced Fat, Cultured)

0 1/3 cup Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium saucepan, bring blackberries, sugar substitute, 2 tablespoons water, and orange zest to a boil. - Place cooled berry mixture in a food processor. Process until smooth. Press through a fine strainer into a bowl. Stir in buttermilk. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour or until cold.
- Pour into an ice-cream maker and run according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a bowl and freeze 2 to 3 hours before serving. 1 serving is about 1/2 cup.
