1 1/2 lb Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)

0 1/4 cup, chopped Onions

0 1/4 cup, chopped Green Sweet Pepper

15 oz Tomato Sauce (Canned)

4 tbsp Tomato Paste

3 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

6 cup shredded Cos or Romaine Lettuce

6 oz Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Brown the beef in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers during the last few minutes of browning.
- Drain off excess fat from the skillet and add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and granular sugar substitute and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Allow to simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately over shredded Romaine topped with Cheddar.
